Section 26(iii) in Tamil Nadu Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2015
(iii)I do not incur any disqualification for election as Member of the said Town Vending Committee under the provisions of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 (Central Act 7 of 2014) and the Tamil Nadu Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2015 made thereunder.
