Section 68(f) in Bihar Coal Mining Area Development Authority Rules, 1988
(f)The shop shall be maintained in a proper state of repair and regular steps and precaution shall, be taken for the sweeping, washing and disinfection of the shop to the satisfaction of the Medical Officer of the Authority.
