Section 3(1) in Gujarat Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2019
(1)The provisions of this Act shall not apply to,-(a)establishments of the Central or the State Government;(b)establishments of local authorities;(c)offices of Reserve Bank of India;(d)a worker whose work is inherently intermittent;(e)a member of the family of an employer.
