Section 19(2) in The West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education Act, 1975
(2)Each of the Committees referred to in clauses (a) to (d) and (f) of subsection (1) shall be composed of the President as its Chairman and wholly or in part of members of the Council and the total number of members including the President shall not exceed seven.
