The educational institutions shall be classified as follows :(a)State institutions, that is to say, educational institutions established or maintained and administered by the Government;(b)Local authority institutions, that is to say educational institutions established or maintained and administered by a local authority; and(c)Private institutions, that is to say, educational institutions established or maintained and administered by any [xxx] [The words 'person or' omitted by Act 27 of 1987, w.e.f 1-6-1987.] body of persons registered in the manner prescribed.
