(1)With effect from such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, there shall be established a Committee to be called the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee for the proper management and control of the Gurdwaras and Gurdwara property.(2)The Committee shall be a body corporate with the name aforesaid having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall by such name sue and be sued.(3)The Committee shall have its head office in Delhi.
