(b)"Admissions and Fee Regulatory Committee" (AFRC) means the Committee established and constituted by the Government for regulating the admissions and for fixing the fees to be charged from candidates seeking admission into -Unaided Minority and Non-Minority and Non-Minority Professional institutions.
