(36)"Maximum Available Capacity" for hydro stations means the following: -(a)Run-of-river power station with pondage and storage type power stations:The maximum capacity in MW, the generating station can generate with all units running, under the prevailing conditions of water levels and flows, over the peaking hours of next day, Provided that the peaking hours for this purpose shall not be less than 3 hours within a 24 hours period.(b)run-of-river power stations without pondage:The maximum capacity in MW, the generating station can generate with all units running, under the prevailing conditions of water levels and flows over the next day.
