Section 15 in Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University Act, 2013
15. Controller of Examinations.
(a)The Controller of Examinations shall be an academician in the field of Art and Culture with a degree of Bachelor of Music or Fine Arts or Performing Arts and a whole time salaried officer of the University appointed by the Syndicate on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.(b)The Controller of Examinations shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
