Section 15(a) in Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University Act, 2013
(a)The Controller of Examinations shall be an academician in the field of Art and Culture with a degree of Bachelor of Music or Fine Arts or Performing Arts and a whole time salaried officer of the University appointed by the Syndicate on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
