Section 8(2) in The Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 2021
(2)The Government may at any time, by notification in the Official Gazette,transfer any Government college of Ayurved and allied subjects to theUniversity on such terms and conditions as it may specify in the saidnotification and from the date of such transfer the said college or institutionshall be a University college or institution.
