Section 8 in The Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 2021
8. Jurisdiction of University.
(1)The jurisdiction of the University shall extend to the whole of the Stateof Gujarat.(2)The Government may at any time, by notification in the Official Gazette,transfer any Government college of Ayurved and allied subjects to theUniversity on such terms and conditions as it may specify in the saidnotification and from the date of such transfer the said college or institutionshall be a University college or institution.(3)The University may impose such terms and conditions upon the collegesor institutions as it may consider necessary, conducive or incidental to the attainment of all or any of the objects of the University.
