25. Composition of college.
(1)The college shall comprise such Departments, as may be prescribed.(2)There shall be a Head of each Department, who shall be responsible to the Dean for resident instruction; to the Director of Research, for research; and to the Director of Extension Education, for extension education.(3)The Head of each Department shall be selected by the Vice-Chancellor and be appointed by him with the approval of the Board.(4)The duties, powers and functions of the Heads of Departments shall be such as may be prescribed.
