Section 165(1) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(1)A copy of all rules and regulations made under this Act shall be kept at the office of the Development Authority and shall, during office hours, be open, free of charge, to inspection by any inhabitant of New Town, Kolkata.
