Section 29(b) in The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE) Regulations, 2016
(b)the candidate shall be disqualified from the entrance examination if he/she uses or attempts to use unfair means in any manner or attempt to disrupt conduct of the entrance examination ;
