132. Validity of rules and orders.
- No rules, regulations, orders, directions, or notifications made or published and no adjudication, inquiry or act done under any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder, which is substantially in consonance with the same, shall be deemed to be illegal, void or invalid by reason of any defect of form.
