Section 78(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1967
(1)If a fresh poll is held under rule 74, the Returning Officer, shall, after completion of that poll, recommence the counting of votes on the date and at the lime and place which have been fixed by him in that behalf and of which notice has been previously given to the candidates and their election agents.
