Section 24(10) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(10)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the University shall have powers to confer degrees, diplomas and grant' certificates and confer degrees and honorary degrees and other distinctions and titles, as approved by the Chancellor and the Governing Board.
