22. Block Sports Council.
(1)The Block Sports Council shall be constituted as per the composition specified in Schedule-VI. The State Government may, by notification add, modify, rescind and alter composition of Block Sports Council.(2)The Vice-President shall be nominated by the President of the State Sports Council. The Vice-President shall, discharge such duties, as may be entrusted to him by the President and shall preside over the meetings of the Block Sports Council in the absence of the President.(3)The President of the Block Sports Council shall nominate in consultation with the Vice-President, nominated members of the Block Sports Council.
