Section 100 in The Goa, Daman And Diu Land Revenue Code, 1968
100. Fine for neglect to afford information.
- Any person neglecting to make the report required by section 96, or furnish the information or produce the documents required by section 99 within the period specified in that section shall be liable, at the discretion of the Collector, to be charged a fine not exceeding twenty-five rupees, which shall be leviable as an arrear of land revenue.
