1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Order may be called the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi (Crusher Units Gur, Khandsari) (Compounding of Market Fee) Order, 2018.(2)It shall come into force with effect from the beginning of the sugar year i.e. the first day of October of a calendar year.
