Section 236(3) in The Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1993
(3)(a)In Addition to the District Panchayat Service Selection Committee, the State Government may appoint in each district a District Primary Education Staff Selection Committee for the recruitment of primary teachers and such other staff in connection with primary education as may be prescribed.(b)The constitution, powers and duties of such a committee shall be such as may be prescribed.
