Section 5(1) in The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences, Bangalore Regulations, 2013
(1)For an ordinary meeting of the Institute, a notice specifying the place, date and time of the meeting as approved by the President, shall be given by the Secretary to the members at least two weeks prior to the date of such meeting and sent by registered post, and the agenda, as approved by the President, shall also be sent along with the notice of the meeting and where it is not possible, the agenda shall be sent at least ten days before the meeting by registered post.
