Section 1 in Homoeopathy (Degree Course) Regulations, 1983
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Homoeopathy (Degree Course) Regulations, 1983.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.[N.B.: - The amendments notified in these Regulations on 14th July, 2015 shall apply to students admitted in BHMS (Degree Course) from the commencement of the academic session (2015-2016).] [12-4/2000-CCH (Part-I) dated the 13th June, 2005.]
