Section 40(5)(b) in Andhra Pradesh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2003

(b)Facilitating employment generation for these youth would be a key programme. After the youth has saved a sufficient amount, she/he can be encouraged to stay in a place of her/his own and move out of the group home. Additionally the youth could continue staying in the Home and contribute to the upkeep of the Home. The youth learning a vocational trade could be given a stipend. This would be stopped once the-youth gets a job;
