Section 65(2) in The U.P. Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 1963
(2)Applications for training from students of institution teaching mining or Geology should be forwarded to the owner, agent or manager of a mine through the Principal of Head of the institutions. Cases of refusal to provide facilities for practical training by any owner, agent or manager of a mine should be referred to the Director of Geology and Mining, Uttar Pradesh.
