68. Declaration of results.
(1)The candidate who secured the highest number of votes shall be declared to have been elected for the office of President of Distributory Committee, and the fact recorded in Form-24.(2)The certificate of election shall, then, be issued to the elected candidate in Form-26 on the same day under due acknowledgement.(3)The Returning Officer shall also display Form-24 in this regard on the Notice Board, at his office.Election of Members
