Section 20 in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
20. Controller of Examinations -
(1)The Controller of Examinations shall be a whole-time officer and shall be appointed by the Board in the manner as may be prescribed.(2)The salary and allowances payable to the Controller of Examinations shall be as may be prescribed.(3)The Controller of Examinations shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
