85. Compliments where not entitled .-An officer under the rank of an Additional Deputy Inspector-General is not entitled to the compliment of the bugle sounding the Salute or the drum beating a ruffle, when Guards "present arms "to him. An officer not in uniform is not entitled to the compliments of a Guard turning out except the President or his representatives in their official capacity entitled to a Guard of Honour.
