Section 11(1) in The Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1978
(1)The Finance Director shall be a person having practical experience in financial administration and in matters relating to finance and accounts, and the Engineering Director shall be a person qualified in engineering, having experience in water supply and sewerage systems.
