Section 37(i) in Sher-I-Kashmir Universities of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982
(i)A grant not less than the expenditure incurred in the State of Jammu and Kashmir on such of the activities of tile institutions of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and other Government Debarments as are transferred to the University.
