Section 28(1) in Haryana Municipal Business Bye-laws 1981
(1)The Public Works and Building Sub-committee shall enquire and report on all matters relating to municipal works, maintenance and verification of municipal properties and nazul properties, roads and buildings under the control of the committee. It shall also supervise all municipal works connected with buildings, roads, drains, etc.
