In the Forth Schedule to the said Act,-(i)For the serial number 5 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-"5. Shri Prakash Pant",(ii)for the serial number 8 and entries relating there to the following shall be substituted, namely:-"8. Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari";(iii)for the serial number 9 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-"9. Shri Islam Singh".
