(3)Pension, family pension, gratuity and ex-gratia shall be paid from the Market Committee Fund of the Market Committee(s) as directed by the Director :Provided that the amount towards pension, family pension, gratuity and ex-gratia shall be paid only after obtaining previous sanction of the Director.
