Section 173(1) in Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017
(1)in the Puducherry Municipalities Act, 1973, -(a)in section 118, in sub-section (1), in clause (a), sub-clause (iii) shall be omitted;(b)sections 152, 153, 154, 155, 156 and 157 shall be omitted; and(c)schedule-VII appended to the Act shall be omitted.
