(2)[ (a) The Council may appoint such other officers and employees as it considers necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.] [Sub-section (2) substituted by West Bengal Act 19 of 1990.](b)The method of recruitment and the conditions of service (including the scales of pay and allowances, if any) of the other officers and employees shall be such as may, subject to the approval of the State Government, be determined by regulations published in the Official Gazette.
