(d)to liaise and establish vital linkages with the concerned departments, governing Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Dairy Development of the State Government and Union Government, National and International Research Institutes, specialized in the field of veterinary, animal and fishery sciences with a view to keep abreast of the latest technology;
