(2)The returning officer shall provide at each polling station as many ballot-boxes and ballot-papers as may be necessary, instruments for stamping the official mark on the ballot-papers when any direction in this behalf has been issued by the Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections, copies of the roll or such part thereof as contain the names of the electors entitled to vote at such station and materials sufficient for the purpose of enabling electors to mark the ballot-papers.
