Section 4(2) in Rajasthan Jails Subordinate Service Rules, 1998
(2)The Strength of posts in each category of service shall be such as may be determined by the Government from time to time:Provided that-(a)the Government may create any posts, permanent or temporary from time to time, as may be found necessary, and may be found necessary and may abolish any such post in the like manner without thereby entitling any person to any compensation;(b)the Appointing Authority may leave unfilled or hold in abeyance or abolish or allow to lapse any post, permanent or temporary, from time to time, without thereby entitling any person to any compensation.
