Section 4(2)(a) in Rajasthan Jails Subordinate Service Rules, 1998

(a)the Government may create any posts, permanent or temporary from time to time, as may be found necessary, and may be found necessary and may abolish any such post in the like manner without thereby entitling any person to any compensation;
