Section 9(1)(a) in The M.P. Legislative Assembly Ex-Members (Free Transit By Railway) Rules, 1996

(a)Coupon books shall be issued at a time for such money value as may be entitled an ex-member and a person accompanying him to travel for not more than 3000 Kms. within the State and not more than 1500 Kms. outside the State;
