Section 14(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1975
(2)Any such extract in regard to a birth or death shall be issued by the Registrar or the officer authorised by the State Government in this behalf in Form No. 9 or, as the case may be, Form No. 10.
