Section 8(2) in The Orissa Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1947
(2)A Government servant or a member of his family receiving treatment at his residence under Sub - rule (1) shall be entitled to receive towards the cost of such treatment incurred by him a sum equivalent to the cost of such treatment as he would have been entitled, free of charge, to receive under these rules if he had not been treated at his residence.(G.O.
