Section 85(2) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(2)A student who has passed the qualifying examination from any statutory Board, recognised bodies and Universities other than Board, shall be admitted to the institutions recognised only on production of eligibility certificate issued by this Board.
