3. Establishment of the Ayog.
(1)The Government may, by notification, establish at Lucknow a body to be known as the Uttar Pradesh Go-Sewa Ayog to exercise the powers conferred on, and to perform the functions assigned to it under this Adhiniyam.(2)The Ayog shall be a body corporate.
