Section 5 in The U.P. Cold Storage Order, 1972

5. Fees for licence.

- The fees for a licence shall be--

(i)rupees fifty for storing food stuffs in a Cold Storage with a capacity up to 141 cubic meter (5,000 c. ft.)

(ii)rupees seventy-five for storing food stuffs in a Cold Storage having a capacity of above 141 cubic metre.
