Section 62 in Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1979
62.
The maximum amount of study leave, which may be granted to a Government servant shall be:-(a)ordinarily twelve months at any one time; and(b)during his entire service [thirty-six-months] [Substituted for "twenty-four months" by SRO 346 of 2012, dated 17.10.2012 ] in all (inclusive of similar kind of leave for study or training granted under any other rules)
