(2)The application shall contain the following particulars namely-(a)Full name of the applicant;(b)Age;(c)Occupation;(d)Address;(e)The period, the purpose and the manner of collection of money, food or gifts;(f)The method of disposal of the money, food or gifts when collected and the area within the disposal is to be made.
