Section 1 in Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 2010
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 2010.(2)It extends to the whole of [the Punjab] [Substituted for the word 'Pakistan' by the Punjab Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues (Amendment) Act 2012 (LVII of 2012).].(3)It shall come into force at once.
