11. Appeal.
(1)Any person aggrieved by any action of the Enforcement Officer under this order may appeal to the Collector within 30 days from the date of receipt of such Order or action.(2)Any person aggrieved by an order of the Collector may appeal to the District Judge within 30 days of the date of receipt of such order.
